Refund policy

Requests for return or exchange must be made and postmarked within 30 days of receiving the order. Please email villasons@sina.com with your name, order number, and a brief reason for your return/exchange. We will reply within 24 hours. At that time, you can return the item to the return address below.

Your account will be credited once the return item is processed, in the same form as original payment. 

Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, undamaged and unused with all original tags and packaging. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.

In the case an item was faulty, missing ​or damaged, please contact villasons@sina.com. You can choose to refund or resend.

Note: We have the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in original condition. All returns should be unworn and in original packaging. Custom and personalized orders are not available for refund or exchange.

Purreen is not responsible for any return packages not received. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
